Oakland, CA: By Jackie Taylor Today, March 29, 2009, CONSONANCE received the award for the "Best Gospel Group of 2009". All the members of the group accepted the award and thank their loyal supporters for "staying in their corner" over the years. The group accepted the award in front of a capacity crowd at the Oakland Hilton Hotel. The group also were asked to perform and they did just that.
